How are we going to meet with the Golden Crown® staff at the airport?Open or Close
• When you come out, please look for our staff who will be waiting for you with a sign with your name, with the name or logo of your company or with an alias if you prefer.
• If you do not find us, please call +52 1 (55) 1309 9821 but please do not leave the terminal, you can be sure someone of our staff will be waiting for you.
• If you arrive at the Mexico City International Airport, we will send you in advance a file called "Meet & Greet in Mexico City" informing you of the "Meeting Point" where our staff will be waiting for you.
If my flight arrives early, will the driver be there?Open or Close
• Yes, we monitor all flights, so you can be sure our staff will be there.
What can I do if my flight it delayed and I do not have new flight details?Open or Close
• Please email or call us and keep in touch until we have the new details.
How long does it takes to arrive from the International Airport of Mexico City to Polanco, El Pedregal and Santa Fe or Interlomas? Open or Close
• Polanco 40 minutes,
• Pedregal 60 minutes and
• Santa Fe or Interlomas 90 minutes;
• However, the time may vary according to the time of the day and traffic conditions in which the service is performed.
What happened if my flight details change?Open or Close
• Please call or email us and we will update your booking with the new details.
How long before my flight, should I arrive to the terminal?Open or Close
• Normally you should aim to arrive 3 hours before if you have an international flight and 1.5 hours before on a domestic flight. We suggest you always check this with your airline.
What happens if my flight is delayed?Open or Close
• We will monitor your flight and arrive 10 minutes after the plane has landed to save on any waiting time.
• We offer up to 60 minutes of waiting without any charge, after your flight has landed.
• If for any reason you are then delayed further, hold ups at the Immigration desk, waiting for your Luggage or at Customs, the additional waiting time will be charged at an hourly rate, depending on which type of vehicle you hire (we divide the hour into 15 minutes segments).
Will the chauffeur drive in excess of any speed limits?Open or Close
• Absolutely not! None of our chauffeurs will ever speed.
Will the chauffeur drive gently and considerately?Open or Close
• The chauffeur will always drive at safe and sensible speeds in accordance with road conditions, traffic and the legal speed limits.
Will my chauffeur respect my privacy and confidentiality?Open or Close
• Absolutely. What is said in the car, stays in the car.
Will my chauffeur chat to passenger(s)?Open or Close
• Our chauffeurs will be polite and discreet at all times. If the passenger would like to talk or ask questions then the chauffeur will then happily respond.
Will my chauffeur open doors for the passengers?Open or Close
• Absolutely. Not only is this more courteous, it is safer for the passengers too.
Will my chauffeur carry my luggage?Open or Close
• Yes, your chauffeur will always offer to help carry your bags and luggage.

Can I be notified when my car arrives? Open or Close
• Yes, your chauffeur can either Call you, WhatsApp or SMS you on arrival, wait with a name-board in the car or ring a door bell. Please specify your requirements upon booking.
How far in advance do I need to book?Open or Close
• We have taken bookings an hour before the journey but we do suggest that you make your booking as soon as you have made your travel plans in case we have a busy period.
Can I set up an account/pay by invoice?Open or Close
• Yes, we are able to set up a business account for you. We can send you an invoice per trip or per month, please contact our office for more details.
Do young children count as passengers?Open or Close
• Yes. By law, all children must go seated in a baby seat depending on their age.
When do I pay for my booking?Open or Close
• We will require a 25% deposit to secure your booking and the remainder is required 7 days before your journey. If your journey is at short notice, we will require payment before travel.
I am bringing a baby; do you provide baby seats?Open or Close
• Yes, we have baby seats; please request them when booking. You will have to fit these yourselves according to the law, and of course, at no extra charge.

• We have WhatsApp, but we prioritize its use for people who have already hired our services, in order to provide them with a faster and more personalized attention to any eventuality.
• To quote tours, the best way to do it is through our email firstname.lastname@example.org. The information you will receive in the quotes is always broad, with the purpose of making everything clear to our customers.
What is the meeting point to start any of the tours that Golden Crown offers?Open or Close
• All our tours are private in which your safety and comfort are our priority; therefore, it is us who move to the place you are. Therefore, our tours begin and finish at the door of the place you requested.
• Exclusivity and security. In a private tour, our personnel is focused on attending only people who have requested our services and nobody else will join the group or board our vehicles. Your safety is our priority.
• Flexibility: The tour starts at the time and place our clients request it; we suggest schedules; however, the final decision depends on our clients.
In addition, the tours can be combined with others according to your interests. Please let us known about your preferences.
• Duration: The duration of the Tours varies; however, we always take in consideration the time for the displacements, Mexico City traffic, the time our Tourist Guide needs for the explanation and the number of group members. However, the duration can be extended at the request of our customers. The additional time will have an additional charge.
• Optimize time: The tours we offer are carried out with the support and constant communication between a driver and at least one of our Tourist Guides. (In México by Law, one Tourist Guide can attend up to 25 people). In this way, you and your companions and our Tourist Guide will be dedicated to go on the tour while our Driver will be responsible for finding where to park -especially in Mexico City- and take care of the objects you leave in the vehicle.
Does Golden Crown work with tour packages? Open or Close
• No, for now we like to be specialists only in tourist routes to ensure that whatever tour you choose, you will always have fond memories of your trip.
Do you offer discount if I book regularly or have numerous cars that I require?Open or Close
• Yes, we do provide discounts. Please contact our administrative personnel and ask about the WIN TO WIN program.
Do your prices include Taxes?Open or Close
What is the form of payment?Open or Close
• Cash Payment: We accept Mexican Pesos, US Dollars and Euros at the exchange rate of the day.
• Credit Card: American Express, Master Card and Visa, among others.
• Bank Transfer: We will send you the necessary information to do so.
If I pay by credit card, will be there an extra charge?Open or Close
• No, You will pay only the service price and VAT.
Is there a special charge for bank holidays or Christmas?Open or Close
• We only charge 50% extra on Christmas day and New Years day.
Is there a special charge for bank holidays, Christmas or New Year?Open or Close
• At Christmas and New Year we apply 50% more to the regular fee and service is subject to availability.
Will my vehicle be clean?Open or Close
• Yes. All vehicles are washed daily. Only in the rainy season it is possible to find the outside spotted with rain water; however, you will find your interior impeccable.
Will my vehicle be in perfect condition?Open or Close
• Yes, your safety and ours is a priority.
• All our vehicles receive preventive maintenance according to the manufacturer's specifications and the kilometers they have traveled.
Will the vehicle have an umbrella available?Open or Close
• Yes; and by the way, in Mexico City, the rainy season is from May to September.
Can I charge my phone in the vehicle?Open or Close
• Yes, just request it to your driver.
Will bottled water be available in the vehicle?Open or Close
• Absolutely. Provided free of charge to our clients.
I do not like the smell of smoke cigarette. Are Golden Crown® vehicles smoke-free? Open or Close
• Yes! All our vehicles are smoke-free. Our drivers do not smoke and to our customers we ask respectfully not to do it.
Can I eat and drink in the vehicle?Open or Close
• Water is provided in all of our vehicles but unfortunately, we do not permit eating.
